Deposits become nonrefundable within 3 days of filming or immediately during busy season when dates are reserved. Once production or editing begins, work performed is itemized and nonrefundable. Any remaining uncompleted work is handled separately. No refunds for completed services.

Normal turnaround is approximately 5–7 days after filming. Rush delivery may be available depending on scope and schedule. Complex multi-location shoots, larger productions, or ongoing content packages can extend that timeline. We confirm the schedule before any project begins.

One revision is included unless the specific agreement states otherwise. Additional revisions can be charged separately.

Digitally, normally through Google Drive. Video is typically delivered as MP4 files; photos are delivered as professionally edited image files.

A reshoot is not automatically included because of a change in creative preference. If WMIH caused a clear production error, the appropriate correction or reshoot can be handled based on the situation.

Professional production adds strategy, direction, lighting, audio, editing and consistency, while phone content can still be useful for authentic day-to-day content.

Yes. WMIH serves English-speaking and Spanish-speaking clients across the Greater Houston area. Co-founder and lead videographer Mauricio Olvera is bilingual in English and Spanish and can run production and client communication in Spanish, on set and throughout the project.

Yes. Paid media spend itself is separate.

Raw footage is handled case-by-case and is not automatically included with every project. Availability, transfer, and any additional fee depend on the specific project and agreement.

For normal local-business projects, once the project has been paid in full, the client can use the finished deliverables for their own business marketing, including paid advertising. Special licensing situations or unusual usage requirements can be handled case-by-case.

A solo headshot is $175 total: $75 for photography plus a $100 setup fee. The 30-minute session includes up to two outfit changes.

Professional lighting, guided posing, a 30-minute shoot, up to two outfit changes and edited headshot images.

For 5–29 people, headshots are $50 per person plus the existing $125 group setup fee.

Yes. Our corporate headshot package for 30–50 people costs $1,200 total.

Yes. We can bring cameras, lighting and a portable backdrop to an agreed workplace or other location.

Yes please. Our photos’ goal is to make a person’s social presence professional. We encourage all to use these photos for LinkedIn, professional profiles, company websites, business cards and staff directories.

Most sessions include 2-5 edited photos per person, depending on the agreed session scope.
