What is the difference between a New Website and a Website Redesign?
A New Website is for a business that doesn’t have a website yet. For a Website Redesign, you need a live website under a domain you can visit. A redesign includes everything in a New Website, plus moving your existing site over for free, and starts with a review of your current site.
Do I see a design before I pay?
Yes. You get a free first-design concept during the discovery call, before any deposit. You then approve every page design before we start building, with up to 3 rounds of changes before the site goes live.
Is hosting included?
Hosting is free for as long as we manage your site. If you leave and take your website’s files with you, you arrange your own hosting.
Do you set up business email?
Receiving: your business email forwards to the inbox you already use, free. Sending: replying from your business address needs a paid email account from an email provider such as Google Workspace or your domain registrar.
