The process

## Four phases: Strategy & Brief, Design, Build, Launch.

01 | Strategy & Brief

You tell us what you sell, what you charge and how you serve customers, and share the look you want plus your photos and video. You also register your web address (domain) and give us access to it.

02 | Design

On your first call, before any deposit, we show you a free first design. Then we design every page, with up to 3 rounds of changes before the site goes live. You approve each design before we start building.

03 | Build

We build your site from scratch, phones first, on a private preview link you can check before anyone else sees it. Before launch we test it for speed, accessibility and best practices, and it has to score above 80 on Google Lighthouse.

04 | Launch

We put your site live, connect it to Google and Bing search (Search Console), add the files that point search engines to your pages (sitemap.xml and robots.txt), do the initial SEO and set up your email forwarding. Hosting is free.

**After launch**

For the first month we make your updates, watch that the site stays online, review your visitor traffic and work through your list of changes.

**Add on**

The SEO/AEO/GEO add-on (extra search work) for $350, and Quarterly Maintenance after the free first month.
