**Do I need professional photography or video first for my business?**

WMIH can advise whether a business should prioritize photography or video based on where and how customers are finding the business, and can advise on the right order during the free media diagnosis.

**How are files delivered?**

Videos are delivered digitally as MP4 files and photos as professionally edited image files, normally through Google Drive.

**How long is footage kept after delivery?**

Project files and footage are generally retained for about one month after delivery. Long-term storage is not guaranteed.

## Terms

Normal turnaround is approximately 5-7 days after filming. One revision is included unless a specific agreement states otherwise. Deposits generally run 25%-50% of project cost and become non-refundable within 3 days of the scheduled shoot.
