## Common Questions

**Do I need to be on camera?**

No. WMIH can build the piece around the work, the team, the space or the product instead.

**How are files delivered?**

Videos are delivered digitally as MP4 files and photos as professionally edited image files, normally through Google Drive.

**Where does We Make It Happen Media shoot?**

Across the Greater Houston metropolitan area, including Houston, Conroe, The Woodlands, Montgomery County, Spring, Katy, Sugar Land and Pearland. The studio's home base is Conroe.

## Terms

Normal turnaround is approximately 5-7 days after filming. One revision is included unless a specific agreement states otherwise. Deposits generally run 25%-50% of project cost and become non-refundable within 3 days of the scheduled shoot.
