# Pricing — We Make It Happen Media

Simple flat fees. One price per service. This page is the master list; every service
links to what it actually covers. As of 2026-09-24 the fees render as a plain list rather than a table or a bar
plot. Row order mirrors the service deck on /services card for card, not price
order; the figures and links are unchanged. Package breakdowns
moved to https://wemakeithappenmedia.com/services/packages/ and this page now
carries the same rotating package teaser as the homepage and /services.

| Service | Fee | Covers |
|---|---|---|
| [Event Coverage](https://wemakeithappenmedia.com/services/event-coverage/) | $600 | for up to 3 hours |
| [Headshots](https://wemakeithappenmedia.com/services/headshots/) | $75 | per person + $125 setup fee |
| [Short-Form Video](https://wemakeithappenmedia.com/services/short-form-video/) | $800 | for 4 videos |
| [Commercials](https://wemakeithappenmedia.com/services/commercials/) | $300 | flat fee |
| [Photography](https://wemakeithappenmedia.com/services/photography/) | $225 | flat fee |
| [Brand Content](https://wemakeithappenmedia.com/services/brand-content/) | $750 | flat fee |
| [Content Strategy](https://wemakeithappenmedia.com/services/content-strategy/) | $1,000 | flat fee |
| [Media Diagnosis](https://wemakeithappenmedia.com/diagnosis) | Free | No cost, no call required. The recommended starting point. |

Pricing can still depend on shoot length, locations, talent, equipment and post
scope for anything outside standard scope, in which case a custom estimate applies.

## Included on every project

- Cinema line equipment. Professional cameras and production tools, not prosumer gear.
- Color grading and sound. Included on every video as standard, never billed as an add-on.
- Delivery ready to use. Finished files prepared for social, websites, ads, and sales.

## Delivery

Normal turnaround is approximately 5-7 days after filming. One revision is included
unless a specific agreement states otherwise. Videos are delivered digitally as MP4
files and photos as professionally edited image files, normally through Google Drive.
Project files and footage are generally retained for about one month after delivery;
long-term storage is not guaranteed.

## Payment

Deposits generally run 25%-50% of project cost and become non-refundable within 3 days
of the scheduled shoot. Accepted payment methods: Zelle, card, ACH, cash, PayPal, and
Apple Pay. There is no minimum project spend.

**Weekly option.** Make It Happen is the only package that can be paid weekly.
$425 a week for four weeks covers the $1,700 media half, and $250 a week for four
weeks covers the $1,000 website half. No other package has a weekly plan. The $250
weekly figure is not the Website Kickstart fee, which is a separate $250 flat price.
